I'd like to hear from people who see "Fast Food Nation." What local landmarks can you spot? If you work in the fast-food industry, how accurate is it? Let me know.
Hey, Matt, I hear you guys at Kimball's are having your big annual poster sale next week. Wanna post some details here about it? BTW, I think it was Catalina Sandino Moreno in the waiting room and Wilmer Valderrama, the guy from "That '70s Show," who played her husband, who lost his leg, wasn't it? If you see it again, please let me know for sure. But in my head, I can clearly see him in the hospital bed.
This one's on our Netflix list... Just finished Fast Food Nation the book recently - and if the movie is anything as "realistic" as Spurlock's "Supersize Me" - I'll say ditto on giving up fast food... For as long as I can, anyway!
Yes, give up fast food. Most of the food is unhealthy, it creates a lot of waste and trash, and most of the money spent on this food goes out of the community to corporate headquarters.

Warren,
Just like after super size me, I think I'm going to give up McDonald's... for a little while.
BTW, in the film, I think the husband's friend lost the leg, not the husband.

A burger a month won't hurt you! Just don't go to McDonalds every day.
Credit Mom,
I'm guessing McDonald's corporate search engine did a good job of finding this old blog entry.
